The scope of the offer:

– Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPP) – Layout of the plan for each facility as well as for the entire chain. We ensure that services are available both for timely inspection and for quality work.

– Emergency management – response to unplanned events – troubleshooting in a predefined mode previously specified with the customer (up to a few hours after a failure)

 

 

 

 

PREVENTION AND REACTION

We prepare an individual schedule of reviews. Each customer has the opportunity to define both priorities and reaction times according to their own needs.

Example priorities and reaction times:

– Critical (up to 4 hours)
– Urgent (up to 24 hours)
– Normal (up to 2 working days)
